CANCELLATION POLICY

I require at least a 24 hour notice for cancellation. This is to ensure I have enough time to book that spot. Cancellations MUST be made by reaching out to me. No shows/no contact will result in a 30% cancellation fee. PAPERWORK MUST BE FILLED OUT ACCURATELY PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT. This is to ensure the safety of ME and YOU. Deposits must also be made for any service. • RESCHEDULING POLICY • Rescheduling is permitted with at least [24- 48] hours notice. • Each appointment may be rescheduled one time only. • Rescheduling requests must be made through text/call • Reschedules made outside the allowed timeframe will result in forfeiting the deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
